HIPAA Compliance ‐ DYL shall treat all medical records of any patient enrolled in any pre‐clinical or clinical studies in accordance with all state and federal laws, rules and regulations and with due regard to ethical considerations. CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation that requires commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. According to CalOPPA we agree to the following: Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our. Users are able to change their personal information by emailing us, by calling us, by chatting with us or by sending us a ticket.
CAN SPAM ACT
